McDonald's would be required to compensate depending on who spilled the hot coffee. If the victim spilled on himself, then they would not be required. If it's an accident or purposeful action by the staff then McDonald's should be required to compensate.
No because Mcdonalds has a "caution contents are hot" on the cup and she did it to herself, an employee did not spill the coffee on her. so they should not be liable.
I think that McDonald's would be at fault if the Coffee was heated to an unreasonable temperature; However, they can't be at fault for a user's negligence if there are any spills or accidents while the product is in there use.
No because they're the one spilled it on themselves and it's their responsibility to take care of it. Also it has a "caution contents are hot" printed on the cups.
No, Mcdonalds shouldn't compensate for the victim because it is expected to handle coffee with caution, and if the coffee was not hotter than usual it isn't Mcdonalds fault
Yes of course because she got an injury. And also think about ethics

ReplyDeleteI think McDonald's should not compensate for the worker unless the coffee was hotter than normal.
